1. Confidence. You need this because you need to be able to talk to customers confidently.
2. Time management - You need time management because if you're not on time then you'll get sacked as you'll slow the team down.
3. Being reliable because if your work cant trust you then you may as well not be there.
4. Friendliness and treating everyone the same and being open to every different type of customer you get.
